Warranty
Warranty coverage consists of:
1. A two-year repair warranty: A repair covers the failed existing electronic component, remakes for fit or feedback, functional intermittency, color changes and preventative maintenance.
2. A two-year loss and damage warranty covers any cracks, damage or loss of the hearing aid. Loss is covered on a one-time per aid basis.
Loss incidents have a deductable of $150 per occurance. Any additions, circuit changes or model changes will be billed according to the current price for that circuit, model or option.
