Initial programming, and follow-up adjustments for 2 year are included in the cost of your aids.
Support Options for aids purchased elsewhere:
Track One 12 months of comprehensive support and service for $200.
Track Two 24 months comprehensive support and service for $350
Track Three - If you have had your aids programmed previously, and are not happy with the outcome, we promise we can do it better else you pay nothing. If you are happy, the cost is $75 for up to 3 sessions.
Remote Progamming - Virtual Assitant If you have Internet access, and you are away on vacation, and your hearing aids need "tweaking" - It can be done quicly and effectively.
The Auditory Scene, Inc.'s patent pending Virtual Assistant will allow our providers to adjust your aids without the need to install software on you computer.
A good starting point is for you to fax your audiogram to 856-780-5362 to enable us to help you choose a good hearing aid. We will do a complete hearing evaluation and fit the aids on the spot.
If you can't come to our offices, we will send the aids to your local provider for fitting. We can not ship hearing aids directly to you, but we can beat the price down to make it worthwhile.
